What does it take to make it to 100? People are living longer than ever before, and while there are many factors that go into living a long and healthy life, there is ample evidence that diet and exercise are the two vital components of longevity.
The truth is, itâs never too late for anyone to jumpstart diet and exercise changes that can help achieve a longer and healthier life. And itâs certainly never too late for anyone to start living a life they enjoy! The two articles below highlight ways in which centenarians (or almost-centenarians) are enjoying their lives to the fullest, and illustrate how happiness and community may also play a large role in longevity.
We also highlight a few of our webinars and courses available to help you learn more about aging and nutrition.
