OVERVIEW: Unfortunately, every health care professional and every long-term care facility is subject to being sued. This session will discuss how to protect yourself from legal action from the perspective of a registered dietitian and expert legal witness who has both clinical experience in skilled nursing facilities as well as and legal experience working with with attorneys in defense of registered dietitians and nursing homes.
