Dr. Mary Litchford, PhD, RDN, LDN
Dr. Litchford is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and consultant to healthcare organizations. Her professional career has included clinical practice, university research and teaching, and business consulting. She is president of CASE Software & Books, a professional and educational resource company.
She is Past President of the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel, and her honors include the 2021JoAnn Maklebust Lifetime Achievement Award and was one of the NPIAP representatives on the International Clinical Practice Guideline Governance Group. She received the excellence in consultation & business practice award from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics for her contributions to translate nutrition science into real world applications for patients.

Dr. Nancy Munoz, DCN, MHA, RDN, FAND
Dr. Munoz is a Supervisory Dietitian, Chief for Nutrition and Food Service for the Southern Nevada VA Healthcare System, where she is responsible for the daily operational activities of the Administrative and Clinical Sections of the healthcare system, providing care to 72,000 Veterans. Previously, she was Clinical Nutrition Manager for Genesis Healthcare, where she directed clinical nutrition therapy services and supervised over 100 dietitians in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Dr. Munoz received her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University, School of Health-Related Professions, and her Master of General Administration from the University of Maryland. She has authored journal articles including Adv Skin Wound Care, Nutr Clin Pract, J Clin Nurs, Crit Care Nurs Clin, and J Academy Nutrition and Dietetics, several books and book chapters, and presented posters at the World Union Wound Healing Societies and the Academy FNCE. She has lectured extensively and has served as an instructor for the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science College of Health Professions, the University of Massachusetts Amherst Masters in Public Health Program, the University of Phoenix College of Nursing and Healthcare Program, and Rutgers University School of Health-Related Professions.
Awards and honors include the Medallion Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Academy), and the Carolyn Sebastianelli Distinguished Member Award from the New Jersey Dietetic Association. Dr. Munoz has served on numerous committees, including the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel, WoundSource, Dietetics in Healthcare Communities, the Healthy Aging Dietetics Practice Group of the Academy, and the Academy Positions Committee.
