Did you know that June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month? According to SMART Brain Aging, dementia affects 47 million people worldwide. This month-long observance was initiated by the Alzheimer’s Association as a way to start the conversation about brain health.
June 7, 2019 was World Food Safety Day! This initiative was developed by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization who together manage a Joint Food Standards Programme, Codex Alimentarius Commission.
