Vicki has her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Akron. A licensed dietitian since 1986 with years of experience, Vicki translates complex information into something that is easy to understand and implement.
Vicki has been with Becky Dorner & Associates Consulting since 1993. She leads a team of highly qualified registered and licensed dietitians and dietetic technicians registered to provide excellent nutrition services. Her background includes positions as director of food service, clinical dietitian in acute care and long term care settings, consultant to acute care, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, MRDD group homes, public speaker, contributing author and reviewer for many publications by Becky Dorner & Associates, Inc.
