Nutrition plays a major role in a large percentage of these cases because nutritional interventions fall through the cracks or providers fail to document their nutritional interventions in the medical records.
Nutrition can have a critical influence in the development and treatment of pressure ulcers, and expert speaker Becky Dorner, RD, LD will explain this role based on the most current research available.
