Jean Caton, MS, MBA, RD was a pioneer in the world of women in corporate America and learned what it takes to succeed in the business world during her 22 years working as a marketing executive for four Fortune 500 companies.  She began her career working in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and department manager in a Harvard-affiliated teaching hospital.  In 2004, Jean entered the entrepreneurial world and started McKinley Coaching & Consulting LLC.

Jean holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University School of Management, a Master of Science in Nutrition (MS) and a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Education (BS) from Framingham State College, is an RD, and completed coach training at Coach U a leading global coach training program.

Jean speaks to professional associations and groups of 20 - 700+ across the country. She engages the audience with her self-confident and inspiring presentation style. Her ability to relate to the audience and gain their respect for her topic knowledge results in extremely high marks on speaker evaluations. 

Jean is a Career, Business, and Life Coach. She is a graduate of the Coach U Advanced Coach Training Program.
