Each seasonal cycle includes four weeks of menus with therapeutic diet spreadsheets and recipes in chronological order. Comes with diet descriptions, food preparation resources, and simplified production sheets. All recipes are nutritionally analyzed, HACCP ready and portion adjusted.

Regular/NAS, mechanical soft, puree, heart healthy, calorie restricted, CCHO, and CCHO puree.
Recipe serving sizes: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20.
