Select/AL Menus
Select menus have two alternate selections for every meal. Each seasonal cycle includes four weeks of menus with therapeutic diet spreadsheets and recipes in chronological order. Menus come with a description of diets, food preparation resources, alternate selections and simplified production sheets. All recipes are nutritionally analyzed, HACCP ready, portion adjusted and in chronological order with menus. Customized menus also available.
Includes nine therapeutic diet extensions:
Regular/NAS, mechanical soft, puree, heart healthy, reduced sodium, diabetic/calorie restricted: 1200, 1800, calorie restricted, consistent carbohydrate (CCHO), CCHO puree.
