Question: How long will it take to receive my order?

Approximately 7 - 10 business days for in-stock items. Menus and/or out of stock items may take longer.


Question: Will I get a receipt?

A receipt is included in every order.

Do you take purchase orders?
Answer: 
BDA does require pre-payment. If you would like to contact us at our office or via email at info@beckydorner.com, we would be happy to prepare an invoice and fax/email that to you so that your payables dept can remit payment. We will need full purchaser name (facility), address, phone and fax no. and the person to contact if there are any problems and the PO# if you want that referencee on the invoice. If you are not able to make your purchase through our website with a credit card, please contact us at 800-342-0285 from 9-5 EST with that information and we will set-up your purchase.


Question: Do you take phone orders?
Answer:  Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Becky Dorner & Associates accepts orders over the phone. Just call 1-800-342-0285 between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Question: Do you have a guarantee?
Answer:  All publications have a 60-day money back guarantee, excluding: CD-Roms, teleseminars, and any online or downloadable products

Question: How do I return an order?
Answer: 
Send the item(s) back with original invioce/receipt and you will be credited or refunded depending on your method of payment less shipping/handling as long as item is in original condition (within 60 days). CD-Roms and downloadable items are not refundable.

Question: What are your shipping charges?
Answer:  Within the Continental US (all others call for shipping):
                    Up to $50 -- add $6.50
                   $51 - $75 -- add $8.50
                   $76 - $100 -- add $10
                   $101 - $200 -- add 10%
                   $201 - $500 -- add 7%
                   $500 and up -- add 5%

Question: I just purchased a CE course—how do I go back to course at a later time to complete and also pull the test back up without repurchasing the course?

Try following these instructions on signing back to take the CEU test.

  1. Go to the homepage and click on My Account or follow this link: http://www.beckydorner.com/ceu-login.php
  2. Enter your user name (your e-mail address) and your password. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password” and it will be e-mailed to you with in 5 minutes
  3. This should bring you to our Main Page which is the learning pyramid. To review the course you purchased, click on “Download & Review Purchased Topics”. If you just want to take the test, click on “Take Exam”.
